New flyer announcing the bands for FMB Present - Grim Up North 2026! Motorbike Rally and Bike Show!

On the Friday night, from 7pm we have the amazing DJ Paul Ming Hollinshead before and after the awesome Deathwish on at 9pm.

And on Saturday night, we have returning to the rally our favourite local band Serotine from 7pm, and the ever great A Band of Gypsies from 10pm.

Give them all a check out and see the brilliant music we are going to have on over the Rally weekend.

Another year, another pile of biker rallies…

Therefore, Clash of Clans returns!

In collaboration with Beneath The World Tree, we are hosting a team based knockout Axe Throwing knockout tournament whereby the winner walks away with an epic prize!

At our last tournament, 4 clans battled it out in sideways rain at Roar Rally and the victor was a one-man/woman team from Perverts in Leather!

This week Northern Realms had the pleasure of bringing Viking axe throwing and traditional archery to another fantastic event, introducing new warriors to skills our ancestors would have recognised instantly.

One thing we never tire of seeing is that moment when someone lands their first bullseye or sticks their first axe. The grin afterwards is always the same.

Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, festival or private gathering, there is something timeless about stepping away from screens and doing something real.

Northern Realms at going… North…. once again.

After a year so far spent mostly travelling down south for weddings, festivals and events, today we finally head back up north for Allendale Mayfair 2026

There’s something special about taking Northern Realms back into the hills and old market towns again. Vans full of axes, bows, and far too much coffee, heading towards another weekend of organised Viking chaos.

And if you hear distant shouting followed by applause, someone probably just threw an axe into someone’s garden….

What a weekend.

Wedding celebrations, birthdays, flying axes, laughter, cheers and more new faces joining the Northern Realms Clan.

This weekend alone saw us travelling across the country bringing Viking axe throwing and traditional archery to weddings and events, including a soggy trip to Wigan, Lancashire and a fantastic (and a bit soggy) day in Pershore, Worcestershire where first-time archers were landing shots they’ll probably still be bragging about next year.

One organiser managed a bullseye from 20 metres after only a handful of shots for the first time ever and the reaction was absolute chaos in the best possible way.

We’ve said it before and we’ll keep saying it:
Northern Realms was never meant to feel like “just another activity hire”.

We want people to walk away feeling like they actually experienced something.

The messages, reviews and support we’ve received over the last few days have honestly blown us away. Thank you to every single person who booked us, cheered someone on, picked up an axe, drew a bowstring or shared a post.

You’re helping two slightly sleep-deprived Viking enthusiasts build something very real.

Now we regroup, sharpen the axes, repair the ranges and prepare for the next adventure.

Most wedding entertainment gets forgotten by the time the cake is cut.

Then there’s this.

This is why we do what we do.

Northern Realms was never meant to be just another activity hire company. We wanted to create moments people talk about for years afterwards.
