The youngest player in the squad by age… although you’d never know it by looking at him! Lucas has pretty much been the size of a 16-year-old since he was about 8. 😂

He’s definitely one of the lads who loves a laugh and a joke at training, but as soon as he steps onto the pitch, he switches on.

A real big-game player who has scored some very important goals for us over the years and always seems to step up when we need him.

We travelled to Chesterfield for today's tournament and came home as winners! 🏆

Unlucky to lose on penalties in today's semi-final at the Wombwell Tournament but we're proud of the lads.

Today one of our players and his mum Andrea Flynn are taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in memory of a much-loved dad and husband.

They’re raising money for Wheatfields Hospice Care – a cause that means so much to their family and to countless others. Hospices don't always receive the recognition they deserve, but the compassion, dignity and support they provide to families during the hardest moments in life is truly incredible. They really are real-life angels.

A big happy birthday to our resident wind-up merchant, football dad, referee and part-time mountain goat. ⚽🏔️

Kris recently completed the Three Peaks challenge, which is impressive considering we don't remember him swapping his Sunday beers after a game for mountain training. 🍻🏔️🤣

Whether he's refereeing, supporting the lads or stirring the pot from the sidelines, he's always there when needed. Thanks for giving up your time to referee our games and helping the team throughout the season. ⚽

Good afternoon at the Drighlington Gala today for Wortley Juniors ⚽️

Not ideal having to play your own team in the final 🤣

Massive well done to both teams for some brilliant football throughout the day. One team finished as runners-up and the other took home the winners' trophy 🏆🥈

Proud of every player. A great effort from everyone and a good afternoon all round.

A great day and night had by all at our presentation yesterday.

It's been another brilliant season and we're so proud of all the players and how far they've come.

Thank you to all the coaches, parents, families, sponsors and supporters for everything you do throughout the season.

Now onto summer tournaments and friendlies before we kick off the 2026/27 season. ⚽💙
