Another week of hard work in the bank. 💪⚽

This week’s session saw the boys take on the Bronco fitness test before getting straight into some rugby, then more football, putting their hard work into practice with the ball at their feet, then we finished with their favourites, the hill sprints 🥵

Fitness, intensity and teamwork - every session is another step forward as we continue to build towards the season ahead.

Keep working. Keep improving. 🔴⚫️🙌

It’s been a little while since our last game, but it was great to get the boys back out there this morning before the heat really kicked in.

There were some excellent spells of football on show, with some lovely link-up play, great individual moments, brilliant assists, some clinical finishing, along with some top keeping 🧤

As always, there’s plenty for us to keep working on, but there were lots of positives to take away. The extra fitness work we’ve been putting in was clear to see, with the boys working hard for each other right until the final whistle.

Another great off-season session in the bag 🙌

The effort from the lads continues to impress week after week. Plenty of hard work, loads of energy, and everyone giving 100% from start to finish. 💪👏

We mixed things up today and threw in a bit of football to warmup, another runout on their favourite bleep test, some rugby and finished on the hill sprints.

A brilliant attitude from everyone involved, and yet again another top turnout, great commitment 👏

Back to Rothwell Park for another off-season training session 🙌

After weeks of the lads asking for a bleep test, I finally gave in… and they didn’t disappoint! 💪

Every single player put in a brilliant effort, with several reaching well beyond Level 6 – an excellent achievement at this age. 👏

Of course, it wouldn’t be training without the weekly rugby match 🏉, and we even squeezed in a quick Dads vs Lads game to finish. Safe to say the dads have still got it for now… 🤣

Another fantastic session with a great group of lads. Keep up the hard work! 👏

⚽ Wakefield Owls Gala ⚽️

After a busy gala Saturday, it was time for another on Sunday, this time it was the Wakefield Owls Gala.

It’s never easy playing 6v6 with 10 minute games – the tempo needs to be relentless – but the lads worked hard and had some top performances across the day, we just needed to find that consistency.

There were some really positive performances and plenty to be proud of.

There’s lots to build on, and with a busy pre-season we’ll keep working hard, keep believing, keep learning, and keep enjoying our football ⚽

⚽ Swillington Gala Round-Up ⚽

We braved the hot sunshine for our trip to Swillington Gala today! After a fantastic start - top of the league after 3 games - our standards slipped just a little, and we narrowly missed out on progressing from the group stages.

Still, it was a brilliant experience with so many valuable lessons learned-we’ll bounce back stronger and go again tomorrow! 💪

Finn and Oscar even got a photo with the legend himself, Stuart Dallas 💛🤍💙

Fingers crossed for a cooler day tomorrow, we’re ready to give it our all again 🙌
