Sadly no photographic evidence of Roddy in his trisuit has been forthcoming, but both he and Hannah had a super morning at Peebles "Come & Tri" yesterday- with one of them taking first place. ...I'm not saying who 🤐😆

Super results from a sunny Great North Run today for Lorna, who was raising money for Friends of BGH, and for Dickie who flew round in a time of 1.29. 😎😎☀️

On Friday night, Sarah P took part in Gala Harriers inaugural Pail Merk Mile, where she scooped up lots of Strava medals for her efforts! 🥵🏅Definitely a great one for Limpers to enter in 2027😄
