Rhona Walker finally makes her way to the massive RWS stage. We had spoken of a debut over 2 years ago. However thing never quite panned out with her taking on a new carer job.
Rhona has been the UK no 1 for 5+ out of the past 7 years.
She makes her debut having an impressive 57fts 40Wins 15 Loss and 2 draws.
Every top female fighter on the planet know her name.
She has fought absolutely everyone at 51-53 kilos, so
now she drops down in weight to 50.8k to open up a full new division & list of opponents she can face on the way to the very top and claim what is hers.
She will fight anyone put in her way, so watch this space!
British Champion
European ICO Champion
World WKA Champion
Former number 2 WBC rank
Notable opponents...
Allycia Rodriguez ( a dubious loss in Bangla stadium just before Allycia signed on with One)
Wondergirl - WMC Tournament win in Bangkok 2015/16?
Aline Sieberth - Win (just fought for WBC world title at rajadamnern)
Jenna Ross Win by stoppage
( current WBC world 50.8k champion)
Anne Linne
Josefine Knutsson (signed with UFC)
Johanna Persson - razor close loss for WBC Title 2025
Leonie Hardman - WMO Title loss 2025 - this fight pushed us to make the move to the lower division as leonie was so much heavier than Rhona in the ring on fight day.
Rhona stayed in Thailand for almost 2 years from 2014/15, she was a full time fighter and lived the fighter life before the social media fighter era took over.
Her debut on RWS is the pinicle of her carer & our wee gyms history to date. This is the start of her climb to the top of the 50.8k Division.
She is not here to make up the numbers, she is here to take over. The full World 50.8k Division is now on notice, she is coming for it all.
Rhona Walker

We had three guys out at the Empire Grappling Scottish open today, .kelt , and
Santino took two wins by submission to win gold in his Gi category, and Yeray starting strong with a submission win then a loss in the final for his Gi category to take home a silver.
In the no Gi categories, Santino picked up a bronze as did Lewis.
Congrats to the guys involved, lots of rounds of good experience and things to improve on for next time!
