A day of two halves for the Knights this weekend!
U12s - SEASON FINISHED IN STYLE!
What a way to finish the season - a HUGE win in the final game!
That result has been coming. It's the reward for every single player who has turned up, worked hard, listened, and grafted for each other all year long - in the freezing cold, in the rain, at training and on game day.
From 1 to 18 today, you were outstanding. You played for the badge and for each other and got exactly what you deserved. A brilliant group with a massive future. Enjoy this one, you’ve earned it lads!
U15s - DEFEAT, BUT SO MUCH TO TAKE FROM IT.
Tough result today against a strong side, the scoreline didn't go our way.
But the character and effort, especially in that second half, was immense. When it would have been easy to drop your heads, you dug in - your defensive line was outstanding, you scrambled, you tackled, you worked for your mate next to you and you never gave up.
That’s the standard. That second half performance is exactly what being a Knight is about.
We take that experience, that hard work and that never-say-die attitude straight into training this week and into the next game. If we bring that same effort from the first whistle, we’ll turn these results around. Heads up and we go again together.
