With a qualified teacher, Mondays 6.45-9.30 pm, Arlington Hall, Cottingham. Experienced dancers and beginners all welcome, no partner necessary. £3 per session, including refreshments, your first session is free. A great way to keep physically and mentally fit, while having fun.

For fitness, fun and friendship. You don’t need a partner or special gear. Soft flat shoes and comfy clothes are enough.
