High blood pressure often has no symptoms, but it can increase your risk of serious health conditions such as heart attack and stroke. Around one in three people in the UK has high blood pressure, yet many people do not know they have it.

Come along and get your blood pressure checked at one of our free community sessions in Corby:

The Active Families Team (North Northants Leisure) are delighted to be hosting a Family Fun Day at Lodge Park Sports Centre, Corby, on Sunday 13 September from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

The event is being held to bring together local families, community organisations, partners and sports clubs to showcase the wide range of activities, services and opportunities available across the area.

Our aim is to help people become more active, improve their wellbeing and feel better connected within their local community.

The afternoon will feature a variety of free activities, including:

Looking for a fun way to get out, meet other families and enjoy some fresh air? Our Buggy Walks are running across North Northamptonshire 🚶‍♀️👶
Join us at local libraries, parks and family hubs for relaxed, friendly walks. Each session lasts around 30–45 minutes and is open to all abilities. Every walk is led by a trained leader, so you are in safe hands 👍
