We've extended our hours to give you more opportunities to visit us during the week and at weekends. 🙌

Dear Customers,

We just wanted to make you aware of a change regarding access to our premises.

The management team for the retail premises has recently locked the pedestrian gate with a lock that we do not have access to. Therefore, from now on, please use the second gate when visiting us.

You will see the Dylan sign at the second gate, along with some parking spaces. Alternatively, you can drive all the way around to the other side of the building and access us from there.

If you arrive and, for any reason, the gate is not open, please give me a call and I will come out and let you in.

We have raised the situation with the site management, as we don’t feel it is ideal for the pedestrian access to be locked for a small business, and we are currently seeking clarification on whether the gate needs to remain locked while we are on site.

As always, our phone is always open, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any problems finding or accessing us.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
