Still not over this moment! 🤩 Had the absolute best time dancing on stage with the incredible Zumba Jammer Anna Marchenko to the track “Oud” during her Yalla Habibi session at ZIN Academy UK in Manchester this weekend!
This was my very first time taking a class with Anna, and she is just phenomenal—so funny, brilliant at breaking down steps, and her choreography is pure magic. As someone who fell completely in love with oriental belly dance during my professional dancing days doing shows in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, this style completely has my heart. The music, the movement, the groove... I’m obsessed! 🐪✨
Can’t wait to bring this gorgeous choreography into my classes in Bedford—I just know my amazing students are going to love it as much as I do!

That post-Zumba glow is completely real! 😅✨
Nothing beats the buzz of leaving class after a proper sweat fest—especially when everyone is singing along and bringing the energy. I’ve been switching up the playlist and working on some fresh choreography (a little Reggaeton track is in the works!), and seeing it come to life on the dance floor is the best feeling.

What an unforgettable way to wrap up our Tenerife holiday! 🌴💃✨
It all started with a change of plans... I was originally set to join Wilcar Torres for his Wednesday evening class near the beach at Playa Jardín. But when we realised it directly clashed with the England match, there was no way I could let my husband miss a single minute (and I wanted to watch it, too!). ⚽🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
I messaged Wilcar to switch to his Monday class instead, which turned out to be a brilliant twist of fate! His regular beach session wasn’t running because a special Zumba Masterclass was happening up in Pinolere for the local Fiestas.
Getting there was a proper mini-adventure! After spending a hot afternoon down at the port in Puerto de la Cruz enjoying some touristy sightseeing and ice cream, we drove up the winding, twisty mountain roads towards Pinolere. Climbing right up into the clouds, the temperature dropped significantly—which was absolute bliss for a full-energy dance workout! 🏔️🍦☁️
The event itself was incredible! Such a fantastic atmosphere, brilliant dancing, and top-tier professionalism from all the presenters. My daughter even joined in on the dance floor, making it extra special for us as a family! ❤️
A massive, heartfelt thank you to Wilcar Torres and Lisbel/ Amante de la vida, la autenticidad y lo genuino… for welcoming us so warmly and making our final night in Tenerife one to remember! 🇪🇸✨

When your favourite Zumba student is also your cabin crew... you dance at 35,000 feet! 💃⚽️
I recently boarded my flight and look who was there to greet me—the amazing Soph! Obviously, we couldn’t just sit there. We had to bring the studio to the sky and prep for the massive semi-final tonight!
What better way to get hyped for the England match than dancing to Shakira’s “Dai Dai”—the absolute anthem of this year’s World Cup? 🌍🔥
Huge shoutout to and the rest of the crew for letting us bring some Zumba energy to the aisle. Now, let’s bring that same energy to the pitch tonight! 🦁🦁🦁
