⚽ A BIG WEEKEND OF FIXTURES AT ILCHESTER FC! ⚽

We’re so excited to welcome so many of our teams back to Ilchester Sportsfield this weekend after what feels like far too long with our pitches being unplayable!

We’re keeping our fingers crossed that our 9v9 pitch will be back up and running very soon. Until then, our 9v9 fixtures will continue to be played at Yeovil Recreation Ground.

It’s a big weekend for our men’s teams as our First Team begin their County Cup campaign, making the short trip to take on Kingsbury Episcopi, while our Reserves welcome Coronation United to Ilchester.

Our U14 Tigers are also in County Cup action at home against Holcombe Youth Blues.

And for many of our Mini League teams, their cup campaigns get underway this weekend too!

Good luck to all of our teams, coaches and players taking to the pitch this weekend. Play with pride and enjoy your football!

Good luck for the 2026–27 season, Ilchester FC!

As the new season gets underway, we want to wish all of our teams, players and coaches the very best of luck!

This season is set to be another fantastic one for Ilchester FC, with 27 teams competing across the Yeovil & District Leagues, Dorset League, Somerset Girls Leagues and Somerset U18 League.

This year we are delighted to welcome three brand-new teams to the club this season:
Ilchester U7 Rhinos
Ilchester U9 Girls
Ilchester U18s

We can't wait to see these new teams get started and become part of the Ilchester FC family!

We are also looking forward to welcoming back our Soccer School and Wildcats training sessions, providing even more opportunities for children to enjoy football, develop their skills and, most importantly, have fun.

A very warm welcome to all of our new and returning parents, carers and supporters. We hope you enjoy being part of the club and sharing the highs, lows, goals, celebrations and memories that come with another season of grassroots football.

And finally, a HUGE thank you to all of our incredible coaches and committee members. Your time, commitment and enthusiasm make everything we do possible and enable more than 450 children and adults to take part in football at Ilchester FC every single week.

We hope everyone has a fantastic season and we can't wait to watch all of our players and teams develop and grow throughout the year.

Ilchester Hawks U12 are looking to add a couple more players to their squad before the start of the season. The team train on a Thursday evening and playing in Division 1 of the Dorset Youth League on a Sunday morning.
