Last weekend was the first opportunity in a long time the whole squad, supporters, parents and sponsors have been able to get together and celebrate this years achievements. Players player was who won this unanimously, fortunately he didn’t lose his shooting boots with his hair. collected Managers player in his first full season with us. Onwards and Upwards for next year as we take a short break before pre season starts later this month! 🍻 🥂 🟡⚫️

Great day yesterday for the Open Age End of Season 2025/26 Presentation at Norristhorpe Junior FC - great weather, some funny & serious awards. Lots of laughs & a few drinks to boot. Thanks to the Junior Club for hosting the bar.

Saturday marked the end of our first season at this level, topping it off with a win at Home against the league champions.
After a very difficult start to the campaign we found ourselves bottom of the league in December. After Christmas we still had 17 league games left to play, managing to go unbeaten through 13 of them. This propelled us up to a 5th place finish out of 14. Which on reflection could have been higher. Immensely proud of how the lads have turned things around this season, with probably the smallest squad in the league.

We also want to extend our thanks to the Sponsors and Supporters who have helped us all through the year. We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without continued support. Ian, Vicky, Gail we can’t thank you enough for the time you’ve put in this year.

Superb result today beating the League winners. Goal from ! Man of the match was Ryan Woodhead including a penalty save ! Good way to end the season ! 🟡⚫️

One more to go … tomorrow we host this year League Champions who we had a really close battle with earlier this month. Of course we will try and spoil their party 😅 hopefully get some final points on the board and finish the season on a high! 🟡⚫️

Another big game tonight for Thorpe away against South Leeds. The two teams are both in excellent form so should be an interesting game as we look to get another 3 points in our penultimate game of the season!! 🟡⚫️

A great result today, after going behind early we got back on level terms and then dominated throughout. Some good goal and a solid performance at the back led to a 5-1 victory. Man of the Match 🌟 ! Next game comes quickly away on Monday night ! 🟡⚫️
