💙 WE DID IT — THANK YOU! 💙

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported and contributed to our Crowdfunder. We’re delighted to confirm that we’ve reached our target! 🎉🏏

The support from our members, friends, families and the wider community has been incredible, and we genuinely couldn’t have done it without you.

With the target reached, we’re now putting preparations in place for the transformation of the space, ready for the women’s and girls cricket continuing at start of next season. We can’t wait to see the plans come to life and create a space that will make a real difference at Broad Oak for years to come.

Thank you to everyone who donated, shared the Crowdfunder and helped us get over the line. You’ve all played a part in making this happen. 💙

Exciting times ahead at the Oak! 🌳🏏

📣 PLAYER SHOUTOUT ‼️

With the last game of the season celebrations and the Ultra trail event last week it meant that one player didn’t get the shoutout he deserved. My bad!

But looking back to the last game of the season this young man achieved his maiden senior 50 scoring a blistering 63 in just 40 balls! Joel has been a solid part of the juniors for over 10 years and has shown his talents this season in the senior sides with both bat and ball!

Well done 👏 👏 👏

REPOST!

🏏 WOMEN AND GIRLS CRICKET 🏏

We are raising funds to provide changing and showering facilities for Women and girls to play cricket at our club.

Cricket is becoming popular with girls at our club. The passion is there, what’s missing is the space and facilities at Broad Oak.

Without suitable facilities Women and Girls are being held back from fully taking part, not because of ability, but because the environment wasn’t built with them in mind. This is what we are going to change.

Your support will help us create a safe welcoming, fully equipped space where Girls and Women can;

Get involved in cricket from a young age

Build Friendships that last a lifetime

Grow confidence, resilience and leadership skills

Feel part of a team, a community and a future they belong in

This isn’t just about sport. Its about opportunity. It’s about giving Women and Girls the same chance to thrive as everyone else-on and off the pitch.

Sponsorship can be made through the link below or cash within the club. Thank you for all your support!
