Come and try Yoga at Rydon Hall, Kingsteignton next Tuesday 1st September. 6.15 - 7.30pm. Hatha style classes incorporating fascia work, movement and flow with an experienced instructor (25 years +). If you are here on holiday you are welcome to join us - I have a couple of spare mats at Teignmouth venue to borrow. If the warm weather continues, we have air conditioning at most venues. A little pre Christmas treat. Come and try Yoga for just £5 in our lovely hall with underfloor heating and free parking by the light of the Christmas tree.
