Sprints, possession, quad work, repeated high-intensity drills, last 15 sprints… and then a match to finish it all off! 💪⚽️

The boys dug deep, pushed through the fatigue and kept going right until the end of the session. This is where the hard work happens. 👊

2015 Girls, Champions at the Hillsborough Girls Tournament!

It turns out it can still rain in Northern Ireland over the summer, but nothing was going to dampen this one. Our 2015 girls got their new campaign off to the perfect start by lifting their first ever piece of silverware, winning the Championship Cup at the Hillsborough Girls 2015 Tournament. A remarkable achievement considering the girls had not played a competitive match since May.

Player of the match? All of them. Every girl played her part brilliantly to seal the championship win.

What an unbelievable start to the season. Well done, girls!

Summer Camp 2026, that's a wrap!

A massive thank you to our guest coaches, Emily, Aaron, Charley, Adam and Monty, who gave up their time to take sessions through all 5 days and were fantastic with the kids all week.

To every one of our regular coaches who rolled up their sleeves for a shift or three across the week, thank you as always.

Between the Mexican waves, the slip 'n slides, the water fights and the conga trains, we even managed to squeeze in the odd bit of football ;)

Thank you to everyone who made it such a special week. Roll on next year!

🧤 *DYNAMOS GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY!* ♻️

Yesterday the Dynamos and the wider club were asked, as a local community group, to help with the big clean-up after yesterday's parades— and our Dynamos rolled their sleeves up and got stuck right in! 🙌

Teaching the kids to tidy up, take pride in their community and care for the environment is every bit as important as anything we teach them on the pitch. 🌍💚

And of course, it wouldn't be a Dynamos meetup without a bit of fun — a great wee kick about once the work was done, followed by a well-earned ice cream in the sun! ☀️🍦 Proper hard work, proper reward.
