A well earned victory for the girls today, with goals from Lex, Elsie, Thea, & Maisie.

We had to dig deep as the opposition, our friends, made it really tough for us to break through.

A competitive game with both teams playing some great football, onward and upward!!

A really pleasing performance from the girls today!

Although the result didn’t go our way, there were so many positives to take away from a strong team performance.

Even with no subs available and adverse weather conditions 🌧️🌧️💨💨, all of the girls worked tirelessly from start to finish.

A special mention to Elsie #12 for an outstanding debut up front, capped off with a well taken goal.

It was fantastic to get the season underway yesterday!

Not the result we wanted, and congratulations to a strong Vauxhall Corsa’s team, who were excellent and deserved the win.

It was just our second full 9v9 game and there were plenty of positives to take away from our performance.

Congratulations to Harriet #3 (Parents’ POTM) and Elsea #5 (Opposition’s POTM). Both players deserved this recognition after their fine individual performances, notably their excellent work rate. 💛💙⚽️
