This Sunday we are running a paddle safer course on the Thames, its a great fun course with lots of learning, playing and practice, and in this weather a well deserved swim or 2 or 3 or 4.

We have now fully introduced our pay as you go membership, with our new membership form, based on a pay per paddle scheme we are expecting it to be a popular addition to our membership options.

Today we have a course running, the weather is forecast to be a scorcher, please stay safe and hydrated out there 😊

6 of us had a fabulous weekend in north wales, camping, caravanning and motor homing with SUP’s a Canoe and a Kayak, a visit to a castle on a hill and Horseshoe Falls on the Dee rounded the weekend up nicely, great weather with great company.

It’s bank holiday weekend!!! The pub garden is calling your name… Whether an Aperol Spritz, Budvar or even Budvar Nealko is the answer, you know where you need to be the next few days 🍻 🌞

What a nice paddle today, due to some cancellations we decided on a recreational paddle the other way to our normal 5k event,
Nice to catch up with Winney and and anna and eventually meeting Pam after 2 years 😊.
Brendan, Dave Sam and Graham rounded the group off and refreshments after.
This Week Dave was on his SUP and was first back to the pub, in his eyes taking the win 🤣. Far behind was Brendan followed by Winney.
Great weather, great company and a great location, thanks to the grove lock pub for accommodating us. 😀😀😀
