Back at the Academy on Saturday 🏠 C’mon the Caple 🔴⚽️⚫️💪🏼

The manner of the defeat was more disappointing than the result. Shape/structure from kick off didn’t quite work, so the tactical aspect early on, is on us. Outwith that we collectively failed to match our opponent technically and physically, and when that happens a positive result is hard to achieve. It would have been good to have the Veo today, to show the difference v Ashfield (despite that being a defeat too), but the video analyst had a day off 🫣 We all need to work hard this week, put in the effort, and be ready to go on Saturday 🔴⚽️⚫️💪🏼

First away day this season for the boys as we travel across the water to face Bishopton FC 🔴⚽️⚫️ C’mon the Caple 💪🏼

Our MOTM v Ashfield Juniors showed his 1:1 skills, was full of running, had some great passages of play with his team mates and delivered some really good balls into the box too. He was near the top of the charts for dribbles, high intensity runs and distance tracked on the night 💪🏼 Well done Leo Taylor 🔴⚽️⚫️👏🏼

A very competitive and even game yesterday evening but two late goals from Ashfield on the turnover while we were looking for the winner (then equaliser) cost us dearly. Some outstanding saves from the Ashfield keeper on the night 🧤 So proud of the boys for their efforts and play, they deserved more 🔴⚽️⚫️💪🏼
