A lovely day at Haddington Farmers Market yesterday. Still feels great to see a bustling market after covid.

Thanks to everyone who visited our stall, we had some great chats and shared lots of upcycled loveliness!

New for '22!
One of our new products - cosy rugs hand-knitted from reclaimed and repurposed wool. The yarn comes from different sources - unwanted knitted items, odds and ends of yarn bought from charity and recycling shops. Everything is given a good wash then colours are combined to make a lovely dappled effect. The stitches used - moss stitch, rib, garter stitch - are specifically chosen to create a knobbly or ridged texture which feels delicious on bare feet. A perfect beside-the-bed rug!

If you're wondering where to get your hands on one, we'll be at the Ocean Terminal indoor market, just in front of Costa Coffee on the ground floor, on 21st and 22nd May!

These gorgeous baskets are made from recycled t shirt yarn, a leftover from the fashion industry. Recycling these offcuts into yarn stops this fabric from ending up in landfill!♻️🎽👗🌎♻️
