I hope you've all been inspired by the Tour of Britain. If so, then it's the Karen Wakefield & Bob Kerr Memorial Reliability Ride this Sunday, the 13th. HQ is Briglsey Village Hall.

It's a 9am start, but please come earlier to sign on, and don't forget to sign out.

Please bring some cash for our chosen charity.

Please ride safely, follow the Highway Code, and look after each other.

LRCC Social Ride

Meeting Location: Waltham Bowling Club Car Park at 9:00am on Sunday.

We will have two groups to choose from:

Fast Group: Speeds of 16-18 mph

Slow Group: Speeds of 12-14 mph

Both groups will include a cafe stop during their ride and should return home by lunchtime.

New members are more than welcome to join us! Please make sure to ride with the group that best suits your ability. If you have any doubts, feel free to ask one of the group leaders for guidance. Remember, nobody is left behind!

Could all members please return their trophies. If you could arrange to drop them off, or we have two time trials remaining on Tuesday. This allows us time to have them engraved for this year's winners!

The youth time trial league is nearly finished! With just three races remaining. Alex is currently in the lead, followed by Bradley and then Max.
