Little Ninjas' Dojo and the Shinobi Dojo are Ninjutsu lessons (martial arts) aimed at the benefit of younger children, aged 5 to 15 years.
Lessons involve rolling, falling, punching, kicking, using locks and throws, as well practice weaponry. Little Ninjas' Dojo is a Martial Arts' self-defence club aimed at the benefit of children and young people. Thinking about Little Ninjas Dojo? 🥷🥷🥷
What age is it for?
Little Ninjas Dojo is for ages 6 and up when kids can follow instructions safely.
Do they need experience?
Nope, beginners are absolutely welcome.
What should my child wear?
Comfy robust sports clothes they can move in. Later on, if they join, most wear a Ninjutsu gi.
What do they learn?
Age-appropriate self-defence like striking, locks, basic throws, plus; agility, balance, rolling, and safe falling.
We use child-safe padded gear when introducing traditional weapons.
Is it very contact heavy?
Sessions include supervised partner work with safe, controlled and structured contact.
How does joining work?
The first lesson is free. After that, sessions are currently £4, moving to £5 in November.
It's pay as you go, no contracts. Membership is optional but needed for belt progression.
When are the classes?
Every Sunday 11.30 to 12.30, unless there is a cancellation.
