What a difference a day makes ๐ค๏ธ๐๐ซฃ yesterday was absolutely stunning with hundreds of swimmers at Go Swim Loch Lomond ๐ฅ smashing their personal swim challenges. Yet again an amazing day , so well organised and was an honour to assist truly inspirational swimmers at the finish line ๐

So have changed the time ๐ฐ๏ธ of a Friday morning to 7 am ๐ to facilitate a bit longer swimming in day light ๐ก hours. This morningโs swim ๐ was absolutely perfect as demonstrated by the photos. Ideal swim conditions, favourable tides and great company๐ฅฐ. Anybody keen to join us just get in touch to book , Planning to run the group sessions all year round ๐ฅถ๐โโ๏ธ๐. Canโt guarantee the weather ๐ฆ๏ธ but safety is always a priority and of course great company ๐

Was an absolute pleasure to support Go Swim s first swim of the year at Loch Tay in tropical waters of 17.6 degrees. Hundreds of swimmers ๐ swimming distances varying from 250m to 10k. Truly inspirational bunch of athletes and was an absolute Joy to assist them all at the finish line. Spent hours in the water ๐ฆ with amazing fellow colleagues whom I definitely now class as friends , in my absolute element. Role on Loch Lomond in 2 weeks. Plenty more photos to follow I am sure. ๐

So two swims this weekend at Loch Thom with varying distances. Extremely windy conditions on Saturday turned it into a bit of a battle on the return but definitely more for the kayak support than the swimmer ๐ but still a great achievement for everybody as well as a good laugh ๐. Water temperatures was 14 degrees but god knows whatโs going on with the Scottish ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ summer climate ๐คฃ๐ซฃ๐โโ๏ธ๐ฅถ

So after a break and swimming in a tropical Atlantic Ocean for days local ๐ฅถ swims will be returning with the following
๐ Wednesday 5th August group night swim Lunderston Bay at 8pm
๐Friday 7th August morning ๐
6am swim also at Lunderston Bay
๐Saturday 8th August longer distance point to point swim at Gourock Ashton prom, maximum distance covered will be approximately 2k , with safety boat cover
๐Sunday 9th August Loch Thom 11.30 am , variable distances available
