What Is the Holy Spirit Saying for the Year 5787 / 2027? Shortcut Grace, Acceleration & Rest

Here is another cycle of blessings we are stepping into. Welcome to the Hebrew year 5787 / 2027. Rosh Hashanah 5787 begins at sunset on Friday, September 11, 2026.

I love the timing of it already. Because 7 in 5787 is the number of rest, and the event falls on a Sabbath, which is also about rest. What a way to start! I claim my double rest in Jesus’ name.

As I was praying over this and positioning myself to hear what our Heavenly Father is saying to the Church for this year, to know His will and align with it in prayer and faith-filled actions, this is what I felt in my heart.

I heard in my spirit the word “Shortcut,” and I got excited about it. We think God is the God of slowness and delay, and that He is positioned to frustrate you and me before manifesting His promises. We got it wrong. We are talking here about the enemy, who opposes righteousness. Yes, God is still the God of perfect timing, and He is for you and me, helping us be aligned with His ways, calling, and blessings.

This is the year of the “Shortcut” in Jesus’ name. Heaven is touching Earth! When the glory of God is here, there is no time; things accelerate. Do you remember Genesis 1? God said it, and it was. This is the glory, a no-time zone where everything immediately serves the will of the King.

In this year, I feel that God is empowering the Church to accelerate. It is like a “Making it Up For You” year for every delay, setback, and disappointment. Yay, God! You can rejoice here.

This “Shortcut” word also feels in harmony with the number 7 in 5787. Biblically, the number 7 holds great meanings, but in the law of first mention, we see the purest meaning of 7, which is completion.

God created everything and completed it. Sometimes it reads that God rested on the 7th day, but truly, it is about completion because God can’t be exhausted. So He finds rest when He fulfills His dreams and desires. This is true rest!

God’s people will experience that this year. The “Shortcut” grace, if I can call it that, will empower you to accelerate and complete things so you can rest and enjoy. I feel many houses will be completed this year, so whether you are building a physical house, a family, a ministry, a business, or a Church, believe that you will complete it.

I see the enemy going back his way in despair and defeat because this is too much for him. God overwhelmed the system with this shortcut grace, acceleration, and completion that the enemy couldn’t match.

Dance, dance, dance.

I see a balloon in the air popping and exploding. The proud will be humbled. Humble yourself before the Lord, or you will be humbled. Falling on the stone is better than having the stone fall on you.

No one will whine, grumble, or complain on a rollercoaster, yet it is all about hard ups and downs. The reason people don’t do that on a rollercoaster is because of mindset. They are positioned to have fun, enjoy the ride, and embrace every moment. You can have this positioning and mindset in life and for the challenges you are going through. I am talking from experience here! By God’s grace, I decided to enjoy the ride, and I am. I have many deep waters, but I laugh at them. I am kept in perfect peace!
