The summer break is over, routines are returning and from next week **the FULL timetable is back!** 🙌

So whether you’re getting back into the habit, looking for something new this September, or you’ve been dancing with us all summer — here’s your new term timetable! ✏️🎶

**MONDAY**
🍎 11.00am — Zumba Gold with Sarah | AOB Studios
🍎 12.00pm — Fitness Pilates with Sarah | AOB Studios
🍎 7.00pm — Zumba | Civic Hall

**TUESDAY**
📚 9.30am — Zumba | Belhus Park
📚 7.30pm — Zumba | Chadwell Village Hall

**THURSDAY**
⭐ 6.05pm — Zumba | AOB Studios

No homework. No exams. No detention. 😂

A big thank you to everyone who joined me for Zumba this week! Two great classes, loads of energy and plenty of smiles — exactly how it should be. 🎶

A little change for next week:

☀️ MONDAY – NO CLASS
It’s Bank Holiday Monday, so Blackshots is taking a week off.

💃 TUESDAY – BELHUS | 9.30AM
The class is running as usual, but the lovely Sarah will be covering for me, so make sure you get booked in and give her plenty of energy! 🙌

I’ll be taking a little break, but you’ll still be able to get your Tuesday morning Zumba fix.

There will be NO Monday class for the next TWO Mondays — first because of the Bank Holiday, and then the following week because the hall is booked for another event.

So if Monday is your usual Zumba night, make sure you get your fix tonight! 💃🔥

Tuesday at Belhus continues as normal. 🙌

WE SURVIVED THE HOT WEEK! 🥵💃

Seriously though, thank you to everyone who still showed up, got moving and brought such a great atmosphere to class this week. With the temperatures we’ve had, you could definitely have chosen the sofa instead! 😂

And good news… next week is looking MUCH cooler! 🙌

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along to my Zumba classes this week. It was so good to be back dancing with you all and seeing so many familiar (and new!) faces. Your energy, smiles and enthusiasm made every class amazing.

The good news is… I’m back again next week!

Another fantastic week of dancing done! 💚

Thank you to everyone who joined me this week. From the first song to the last, every class was full of smiles, laughter and brilliant energy.

It’s always amazing to see familiar faces each week, while also welcoming new people into our Zumba family. Your positivity, encouragement and enthusiasm are what make these classes so special.

Whether you came to move, de-stress, improve your fitness or simply have fun, thank you for choosing to spend part of your week with me.
