🌿💦 A VERY last-minute adventure! 💦🌿

Yesterday I randomly decided to do the Four Waterfalls Walk in Wales… and WOW 😍 It did NOT disappoint!

Four beautiful waterfalls, gorgeous woodland, rivers, caves and plenty of climbing, slipping and scrambling 😂🥾 Definitely a little more challenging than I expected, but completely worth it for the views! 🌊🌿

After an incredible trip to New Zealand 🇳🇿 and a short break during the recent heatwave, Zumba Kids classes are officially back on! 💃🕺

After a little 3-week break (and a very long journey home from New Zealand ✈️), our Zumba Kids classes are returning and we can’t wait to see all our amazing dancers again! 🕺✨

Safe to say we’re ready to get back to dancing! 💕

While your little ones are having fun in class, parents can enjoy some well-deserved time too- whether that’s grabbing a coffee ☕, getting some shopping done 🛍️, taking a walk 🚶‍♀️, catching up on work 📚, or simply having a quiet moment to yourself.

Woohoo! 🥳

Turned 17 on November 29th of 2025, and only 2 days after, passed my theory test first try!

And then with my first driving lesson on 28th December (with some driving with my dad alongside 😉) and 3 and a half months later I had passed 🤩

If you’re looking for an AUTOMATIC driving instructor, I HIGHLY recommend ‘1st choice driving school’. The instructor is incredible. The DVSA recommended around 40 hours of professional driving, and I passed with only 13 😁

Not a single fault made, which is usually quite tricky, you can get faults for such tiny mistakes that wouldn’t harm a fly! But I passed with flying colours

I am so proud to be able to have this opportunity, alongside with my journey of Zumba, this year prevents itself with so many opportunities 🫶

Just had a lovely meeting with one of the veterinary students from the International Veterinary Students’ Association (IVSA) about their upcoming Wellness Week ⭐️

I’m so excited to be supporting their event with a Zumba session designed to help students switch off from the stress of university life, move their bodies, and leave feeling happier, more confident, and full of energy 💃

University life can be intense, especially in demanding courses like veterinary medicine, so creating a fun, positive space where people can relax, laugh, and look after their wellbeing is something I’m really passionate about. 💕

I was also so impressed to learn that IVSA is completely student-led. It’s amazing to see students creating opportunities that support each other’s wellbeing, and I’m so grateful to be able to play a small part in that , even if it’s just one Zumba session at a time.
