Due to popular demand, we’re bringing you a brand new, high-energy Tuesday HIIT session with Liam at Brockworth Sports Centre, and we’ve expanded the class to give you even more space to train than our Wednesday session!

New to HIIT? Here’s what it’s all about 🧐
HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. It’s a dynamic workout that alternates short bursts of maximum effort with quick rest periods.

100K YOUR WAY - LET'S DO THIS! 💙

This October, the team at Halo Leisure is taking on the Sport in Mind 100K Your Way challenge! 🧠

Starting on World Mental Health Day, 10th October, we’ll be completing 100km over 10 days as a team.

To kick-start the challenge, we’re hosting a big Charity Day on Thursday, 10th October!

We want as many people as possible to come along, get involved, and move with us - whether that’s walking, running, swimming, cycling, or simply moving in your own way. It’s not about how fast you go or how far you reach; every single kilometre and every single person counts.
