Woodside vs Raith Rovers

⚽️ Ana x3 ( Upstream I.T. Limited )
⚽️ Mila ( Station Hotel - Leslie )

🫡 Amelie ( JHV installations )

Another great battling performance from the girls tonight! 👏🏻💙

The pitch was really narrow and a bit shorter than what we’re used to, which made it difficult to play much football. We were also up against a big, strong and physical Rovers team who didn’t give the girls a second on the ball.

We stressed before the game how important it was to win our battles and then use the pace of our wide players when we got the chance, and the girls executed the plan brilliantly.

Some great passes from the middle to get us into good areas and Ana was absolutely clinical tonight.

🏆 Player of the Match — Ana

Done exactly what was asked of her and more. Brilliant performance, scoring a hat-trick and then setting up Mila’s goal with a great cross. 👏🏻⚽️

🧤 Another clean sheet!

That’s now 3 clean sheets in a row against some difficult teams. Another fantastic performance from the defence and Brogan in goals. 💪🏻 ( L.B Grease )

Topped off with a McFlurry for all the girls after the game 🍦

Well done girls! 💙

This week the girls are taking a short trip to Kirkcaldy to face Raith Girls. The girls are always delighted to be welcomed along to Starks Park and we are sure it will be a great game as always between the two sides.

Good luck girls ⚽

Woodside vs Kinross

⚽️ Bella Trojan Press & Conscience
⚽️⚽️⚽️ Mila Station Hotel - Leslie
⚽️ Maebh KSB Electrical
⚽️ Ana Upstream I.T. Limited
⚽️⚽️ Tup Station Leslie

A really comfortable performance today, with some really good football played at times. The girls moved the ball really well and created plenty of chances throughout the game. 👏

A big thank you to Wallis, Heidi ( B2B Flooring Ltd ) and Maebh for stepping up and having a go in goals today. All three were brilliant outfield too, showing great attitude and willingness to help the team. 🧤👏

🏆 Players of the Match — Bella & Maebh

Bella’s work rate was excellent from the very first minute. She got herself a goal, but her closing down and pressure also contributed to a few of the other goals. Brilliant performance! 👏

Maebh was also fantastic today. She used the ball really well when playing outfield and showed great confidence in possession. She also volunteered to go in goals, making a few really good saves along the way. Brilliant attitude and a great all-round performance! 👏🧤

Another good week, girls. Keep it up! 💪⚽️
