Consistency changes everything 🐺💪

rebeccah93 has been a huge part of the Pack since just after lockdown, and her progress over that time speaks for itself.

These photos show three different stages, Rebecca at her heaviest, at her lightest, and now.

And for me, now is the most impressive.

Strong. Athletic. Great muscle definition. And more importantly, capable of throwing herself into Calisthenics, ZUU and Bootcamp every week. 🔥

There’s been no extreme diet or obsession with calories.

Rebecca doesn’t count calories. She has a social life. She loves a gig and a beer 🍺🎶 and enjoys herself like anyone else.

She just makes sensible choices most of the time and, above everything else, she is ridiculously consistent with her training.

Week after week. Month after month. Year after year.

She attends pretty much every style of class we offer, adds in her own resistance training and has used some PT along the way to learn how to train confidently by herself in the gym.

That consistency has built the physique you see now 💪🏻 but it’s also made her fitter, stronger and more capable.

And Rebecca probably doesn’t realise just how many people within our group she inspires with her progress and work ethic.

A massive part of our Pack and a perfect example that you don’t need to live like a fitness robot 🤖 to get great results.

Train consistently. Make good choices most of the time. Enjoy your life. Keep going. 🐺🧡

So proud of what she has achieved and very thankful to have her as part of our community 🙏.

FROM THE GYM FLOOR TO THE MOUNTAINS 🐺⛰️

I discovered through Nathan Helberg back in 2015, and over a decade later it’s still the meat & veg of what we do at Pack Animal Fitness.

I’m incredibly thankful for everything Nathan and ZUU have taught me over the years.

Mobility. Strength. Endurance. But probably more importantly — resilience.

ZUU tests you physically AND mentally.

You get into the trenches. You work hard. Your body tells you to stop. Your head tells you to stop. And you learn that you’ve usually got a little more to give.

Do that week after week, year after year, and it changes what you believe you’re capable of.

For me, that’s gone way beyond the gym floor.

It’s given me the confidence and physical ability to take on some pretty ridiculous challenges including crawling up mountains for charity. 🐻⛰️

ZUU isn’t easy. It’s high intensity. It will challenge you.

And that’s exactly why it gives you so much back.

It’s not for everyone and that’s absolutely fine.

But anyone can do ZUU.

Our classes have different ages, abilities and fitness levels. You don’t need to arrive super fit. You just need to be willing to get outside, get into the trenches and put the work in.

Because the mental toughness you build in a ZUU session doesn’t have to stay in the session.

You carry it into life.

Come and find out what you’re capable of.

Get in the trenches.

9KM. 4 HOURS 40 MINS. ONE VERY LONG BEAR CRAWL. 🐻⛰️

Snowdon… completed. ✅

Starting from the road in, we covered around 9km on our hands and feet, eventually reaching the summit in 4 hours 40 minutes.

It was tough from the start, but as the climb went on, the support from the Pack made a massive difference.

For the second half, everyone started taking turns getting down and crawling alongside us — sharing the suffering, keeping the spirits high and giving us the boost we needed to keep moving towards the top. 🧡

And that feels especially fitting given why we were doing this in the first place.

We took on Snowdon to raise money and awareness for SAMH, and the day was a pretty powerful reminder of just how much having people around you can help when things get difficult.

Sometimes you need someone beside you. Sometimes you need a bit of encouragement. Sometimes you just need to know you’re not doing it alone.

A massive thank you to everyone who crawled, walked, supported, donated and followed the challenge.

Snowdon Bear Crawl — DONE. 🐻⛰️

Proud of this Pack. 🧡

NEARLY 2 YEARS OF PROGRESS 🐺💪

➡️ August 2024 — 72kg
➡️ September 2025 — 77kg
➡️ August 2026 — 83.4kg

When started with us, the first goal was simple, feel good, move better and get fitter.

We cleaned up his nutrition, kept calories around maintenance or in a steady deficit and focused on consistency. That took us towards the leaner, more athletic look you can see in the middle photo.

Then we changed the goal.

More food. Calorie surplus. Build strength, size and muscle. 💪

Fast forward to now and Stuart is 11.4kg heavier than when we started, with a completely different physique to show for it.

Stuart trains as part of our Small Group PT, with 2 gym sessions per week in a group of up to 4, alongside regular sessions at our outdoor classes in Glasgow Green.

And he’s achieved all of this while still having nights out 🍻, holidays ✈️ and enjoying life.

That’s the part worth highlighting.

You don’t need to be perfect for two years. You just need to be consistent enough, for long enough.

No extreme approach. No rush. Just steady progress, good training and adjusting the plan as the goal changes.

Very proud of Stuart’s efforts and very glad to have him as part of the Pack. 🐺👏

72kg ➡️ 83.4kg. Two years of consistency 🙌

Progress doesn’t come from having perfect circumstances. It comes from doing what you can, consistently. 👏

From February → July, this is what consistency has looked like for Arilene Gallagher

✅ -8.1kg
📏 -6.5cm shoulders
📏 -7cm waist
📏 -6cm hips

The scales don’t tell the whole story either. Her legs have actually grown by 2.5cm, showing that while we’ve been losing body fat, we’ve also been building strength & muscle 💪🏻.

This hasn’t been an easy journey.

Arilene has two knee replacements. Hip issues. A busy single mum of two. More than enough reasons to tell herself, “I’ll start when life settles down.”

Instead, she did the opposite.

She stayed in a calorie deficit, got out walking whenever she could, and turned up for 2 PT sessions every week. She also gives our group classes a go when her body allows it.

That’s what gets results—not perfection, but consistency.

I’m incredibly proud of everything she’s achieved so far 🙌🙌

Oh… and it’s also a very big birthday for her today! 🥳 What a brilliant way to celebrate all the hard work she’s put in over the last few months.

She’s going to enjoy her birthday cake 🎂 and birthday lunch today guilt free and well deserved.

If you’ve been waiting for the “perfect time” to start, this is your reminder that you don’t need perfect conditions—you just need to begin.
