Kirkintilloch Domino League

It is almost time for the clanking of the dominoes to indicate the start of a new season.

The AGM of the League takes place on Saturday 5th September in The Kirkintilloch Miners at 12.30.
All teams should bring a list of players for the new season along with registration fees which is currently 1.00 per person. Good luck for the new season.

There were varied winners in the Domino League in 2026 with McGinleys finally getting their hands on the League title after coming close in the past few seasons. The Kirky Rangers proved to be worthy winners of the Summer Cup beating the Kirky Miners who were bridesmaid in both competitions. The Chase successfully defended the League Cup whilst, The League singles was won by one of the elder statemen of the League. Peter Hughes from McGinleys who is in his 86th year.

The penultimate event of the Domino League was.held on 15th June where The Chase hosted a tournament. The final was won by Kirky Miners who beat The Peppermint.
The last event of the season, The presentation night and the League singles will be held in McGinleys on the 22nd of June where Michael Borst will be trying to defend his title.
