Hearts and Rangers doing the coefficient no favours tonight. Hearts are getting a proper hiding — not the kind of results Scottish football needs on the European stage. 😬

Full time: Jagiellonia Białystok 2 - 1 Rangers

A frustrating one. Rangers got off to a good start with an own goal a few minutes in, but then gave away two goals and were really poor in the first half.

The second half was a different story. The changes made a difference and Rangers looked a much stronger side. There was plenty of joy down the right with Curtis and Raskin. I liked Raskin and Devlin — he’s got a bit of bite and dig about him.

Vanja Dragojević looked decent when he came on too, another positive to take. Right at the end, Ether hits the post in the 90th minute — so close to scraping a draw.

Not happy with the result, but there were signs of improvement, especially after a poor first half. Plenty to work on, but some positives to build on. They’re no mugs either.

Half-time and Rangers are 2-1 down. I’m sorry, but I’m not buying the “it’s still early” chat anymore.

The keeper and the defence need sorted out, because every time the opposition come forward they look like scoring. We play a bit of nice football in spells, but it’s far too inconsistent.

At this stage, I’d expect to see a team with an identity and a clear style of play. Instead, we look disjointed, fragile at the back, and nowhere near the standard Rangers supporters expect.

The second half needs a massive reaction. No excuses.
