Community Exercise Class at Mount Vernon Bowling and Tennis Club
stretching, strengthening with resistance bands and some meditation - tailored to all levels and abilities!
Making a difference to our community and getting older adults out and active and socialising with exercise instructor Chris.
Everyone is welcome - even non-members, you can pay as you go £5 or block book monthly £15.
Every Thursday 930am Mount Vernon Bowling & Tennis club.

This class can be adapted to your level, made easy or more difficult - we tailor it to you!
