Gutted to be writing this but as of Monday I was forced to pull out of my upcoming fight for the 24th of February due to a fracture in my left hand this is extremely frustrating as I was feeling great the full camp but this is the nature of the sport and only a minor setback. I will rest up keep myself ticking over and be back out soon as my hand is healed 🥊

Awrite guys as of tomorrow I will be starting back PT sessions. so for anyone wanting to start the new year off with a bang. by getting in shape, learning a new skill and burning off some of that added weight from the holidays. whilst also having a ton of fun in the process. drop me a message and I’ll get you well on track to becoming the fittest and most confident version of yourself you can be 🥊

Hi guys Just to let yous know me and professional boxing coach Eddie McGeown PT will be starting a boxing class today for every Monday Wednesday and Friday 7:30 pm and Saturday 12pm @ 24 abercorn ave this will comprise of bag work pad work circuits and sparring Classes will be 5 pounds per session. hope too see you guys there 🥊
