Hi, I’m Jess
I am passionate about how we think, and how the way we think makes us feel, and how the way we feel affects the way we experience life and how this is ALL intrinsically linked. I was 40 before I realised the power of our thoughts, and I have been changing my life, and helping others to change theirs, ever since.
It was in 2012 while fundraising for a Royal Marines Charity that I witnessed the therapeutic effects of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I literally saw how someone can overcome trauma and change their life.
Things I have changed about me:
• Self- awareness gives me choice
• Knowing that anxiety and depression are not something I am but something I was doing. When it stopped helping I started to do things differently
• I stopped telling myself I was ugly, stupid and not good enough
• I stopped looking for acceptance and love from others first
• I started loving myself
• I dared to dream big. I set up a clinic in Harley Street, and I won awards
• I have the privilege of working with so many wonderful people

2015 Advanced NLP Practitioner and ABH Diploma In Hypnotherapy with Nicholas Evans
