Always nice to see Princess in for a service. She needed a new chainring and a rear wheel true due to a number of dead spokes. Cannondale make it tricky to replace iternally routed cables but when you know how, it's all in a days work. We even flexed the engineering skills to repair the Garmin mount.

Smooth as silk and running like a dream once more! :)

This Planet-X road bike has been an absolute pleasure to work on. More and more bikes are designed with internally routed cables which can be a challenge to work with but that makes the job even more satisfying to complete. Hopefully this bike will see it's owner through the winter with many trouble-free miles of smooth riding. 👍

Nothing gets overlooked on a service. Strip, clean and rebuild. Smooth as silk 🚴♥️👌

So much oil and gunk can get caught up in the drivetrain. Quality cassettes like this disassemble quickly though so you can get in deep and clean to perfection! A new chain and index on the way and shifting will be smooth as silk 👍

We've upgraded the headset on this 901 for the FSA 57E-1 so that it can be easily serviced with sealed bearings.
A quick mech-hanger alignment and new cable also means the shifting is silky smooth for miles of smiles on the trails 🚴🔧♥️

A good service can diagnose and treat other issues. A loose crank and cassette combined with a bent hanger made for poor shifting.
That's three issues for the price of one, all resolved 🚴🔧♥️
