Training Session 🆚 Coaching Session
Anyone can put on a training session but not everyone can coach it.
Here is an example of an exercise to ease in 1v1 techniques before opening up further.
Talking to the goalkeepers about;
- Which approach to use & when
- Block shape
- Triggers for smother
- Speed & Size of body
I would still use this at the start of a session with senior goalkeepers, just to create certain pictures.
Some will probably know the right answers and are looking more for repetition, but no one is beyond being coached 🗣️
