Liberton Bowling Club

Liberton Bowling Club held their annual charity day in aid of Age Scotland, the EBA President's chosen charity. We raised a magnificent sum of £460, which will be transferred to the EBA on Monday.

Congratulations to George Ellen, Karen McGowan, and Gary Hall on winning the competition.

Congratulations to Charlie Duncan (left) of Liberton B.C. on winning the Gents Championship for the 2nd time, beating last year's winner Norman Inglis by 21 - 17.

These ladies did us proud, getting to the semi-finals and winning bronze medals in the Senior Fours in our sesquicentennial year.
Well done Clare, Sandra, Gill, and Christine.

Gill and Sandra play again in the Ladies Pairs tomorrow at 12:30pm against Glengowan.

Ladies Senior Fours this afternoon at Ayr Northfield, Liberton v Rattray.

Aussie Pairs and BBQ today at Liberton with a nice round number of 16 pairs. Runners up were Alison Devaney and Ruaridh Loudon in a very close play-off against Norman Inglis and Pat Stables.

Liberton Seniors finished at the top of the RMBA Division 2 with a 7-0 win yesterday.

Mixed Pairs Districts 14 and 15 Finals at Liberton tonight on their 150th Anniversary.
