Today I start day 1 of my 9 day cleanse with my only excersis being very low impact and slow walking out the front door around through the back I’m hoping to loose almost a stone the same results that I had the very first time I ever did the 9 day cleanse and continued to loose just over 3 stone in total I know I probably won’t ever be the sameas I was before my stroke but I’m determined to try my bestbe im not a vain person &I’m not really bothered about the weight I have put on since my stroke and have been quite shocked with all the eating Iv done I didn’t weigh as much As I thought as in the picture With red dress I was over 15stone when I started to change my eating habits and kick start the healthy new me by also attending the gym and boxing sessions I changed my eating habits but I want and need to get fitter for the fundraising events Iv got lined up in the near future one of them being to do the Pen y fan walk with a small group of other Stroke survivors so I would like to be fitter for that challenge happy Monday all xx

Good morning all I know I haven't been on here since march as some of u may know I had a stroke which left me paralysed on my left side it completely shocked us all because I hadnt been this fit in years the vascular surgeon said it was due to a small tear in my artery in my neck and that it could of happened to anyone not due to lifestyle even tho I did use to smoke but hardly drank. So it's pretty frightening to know that it doesn't matter how fit u are we just don't know what tomorrow holds I had never felt so good in years & loosing just over 3 stone going to the gym and boxing I was in good shape too ,anyway after being in hospital for almost 10 wks and almost 6 months of not being active I have put a little weight back on I can talk and walk again and an on day 6 of a 9 day cleanse and so far Iv lost 9lbs with out doing any activity except walking around the living room so I'm chuffed I would also like to go back to boxing very soon and just work on my good side ,as my left hand and arm still haven't recovered have a great bank holiday Monday all play safe keep smiling😘🤗xx

I'm so glad Day 9 has finally arrived it hasn't been as hard as I expected ..straight on to Fit15 more food and harder workouts 😜good luck for day 9 to all those who have done the 9 day cleanse with me .. can't wait to hear about ur results 👏this morning I exercised to madonna yay.. this song I want played at my funeral with everyone up dancing in the isle specially the instrumental bit .. U can't beat a bit of Kylie first thing to get u moving 👍😘 just remember if ur not used to exercising & following our videos just put as much effort into them as u can ,no need to go as hard as they do.. the instructor is used to it .. have a good day all and good luck for everyone on day 4 😘xx
