I’m starting to think Darren might regret giving me access to the social media… 😂👀

He sent me this privately while testing out his new face tracking camera.

I could have kept it to myself.

But then I thought… no. The public deserves to see this. 🤣

Honestly, this has the energy of a child going “watch this” before doing something completely unnecessary. 😂 That little “hello” halfway through the frolicking… I cannot. 😂

And honestly, I think it gives you a pretty accurate idea of the personality behind Lukaris PT Centre. 😂

Darren takes his clients and their training seriously, but that doesn’t mean he’s some scary, intimidating PT. 😂

Behind the sessions, he’s just Darren being Darren. Easy going, always up for a laugh and apparently more than happy to jump around a room to test whether his new camera can keep up with him. 🤣📱

I gave the Lukaris PT Centre challenge another go today just to test myself and hit 3:09 using my new cheeky camera film stand! 📸🔥 I am not included in the official standings of course, but my score has been set! ⏱️
