The Lion’s Gate Portal Is Closing Tomorrow — Here’s How to Seal Your Intentions

The Lion’s Gate Portal reaches its final day on August 12th, and if you have been feeling the pull to pause, reflect, and set bold intentions over these past two weeks, you are not alone.

This annual energetic window — peaking on 8/8 and rooted in the numerology of eight (infinity, power, abundance) combined with the bold, radiant energy of Leo — has been illuminating what we are truly ready to call in. And with the portal closing tomorrow, now is the moment to ground those intentions into something real.

At my wellbeing studio we believe manifestation is not just about wishing. It is about clearing space — physically, mentally, and energetically — so that what you are calling in has room to land…..

✨We have just entered into the Last Six Months of 2026!✨

Halfway through the year is a beautiful reminder that you don’t need a new year to begin again. Today is the perfect opportunity to pause, reflect and choose how you want the rest of your year to unfold.

The next six months are full of possibility. There are still adventures waiting to be had, dreams waiting to be pursued, connections waiting to be deepened and memories waiting to be made. Whatever this year has brought so far, this is your invitation to write the next chapter with intention.

I’m all about manifesting - and well writing lists, lots of them. I love getting clear on my intentions and have created a little one page ‘Last Six Months Bucket List’ for you. It’s for you to create a collection of everything you would love to experience before the year comes to a close.

Dream about the places you’d like to explore, the books you’d love to read, the skills you want to learn, the moments of joy you want to create, the habits you’d like to nurture and the goals that will bring you closer to the life you’re building.

Don’t worry about making it perfect. Let it be exciting, meaningful and uniquely yours. Some dreams may be big, others beautifully simple. Every one of them matters.

Remember, you don’t need to change everything to create a life you love. A few intentional choices, made consistently, can transform the way this year feels.

Here’s to slowing down when you need to, saying yes to the opportunities that light you up, being brave enough to chase what matters, and finishing 2026 with a heart full of gratitude and a life full of beautiful memories.

The best chapters of this year may still be waiting to be written. Make these next six months count.

Love

Sarah xx

The conversation around weight loss has changed significantly with the arrival of GLP-1 medications. At My Wellbeing Studio, we celebrate tools that help our community feel their best, but as a movement specialist, I have a specific concern that isn’t being talked about enough: the connection between rapid weight loss and pelvic floor integrity.

When we lose weight quickly on medications like Ozempic or Wegovy, we don’t just lose adipose tissue (fat). We also lose skeletal muscle. While we often worry about losing muscle in our legs or arms, we must remember that the pelvic floor is a complex “basket” of skeletal muscle too.

If we aren’t intentional about resistance training, we risk a weakened “inner core,” which can lead to issues with stability, bladder control, and overall pelvic support.

New video on the platform: 🧘Bolster Bliss 💫

In this video, I’m sharing some of my absolute favorite restorative yoga poses using a yoga bolster. These are my go-to moves when I need to slow down, release tension, or just take a little “me time.”
You don’t need to be super flexible — this is all about relaxing and resetting.

What you’ll need:
A yoga bolster (or a few pillows/cushions)
A yoga mat or comfy space
Optional: blanket + eye pillow for extra coziness

What we’ll do:
A few easy-to-follow supported poses
Gentle stretches to open the body
Lots of deep breathing and relaxation

If you’ve been feeling stressed, tired, or just want to treat yourself to a quiet moment, this session is for you.
Take a deep breath, grab your bolster, and let’s melt into some restorative goodness together 🌿

A former professional dancer turned movement teacher specialising in pelvic health, Susannah deeply understands the importance of maintaining optimal health throughout the entire body.
