๐ฅฆ One piece of broccoli didn't give you abs...๐ฉ So one donut, chocolate bar, or takeaway isn't going to make you fat either!
The secret isn't being perfectโit's being consistent.
Enjoy your treat, make some memories, then get straight back to smashing your training and nutrition tomorrow. One meal won't make you... just like one healthy meal won't transform you overnight.
Progress is built over weeks and months, not one meal.
Now stop stressing, enjoy the treat, and keep chasing those goals! ๐ช๐ฅ
