Here are details of a new well-being group meeting at Merryoaks Community Hall, every other Thursday, starting this Thursday 10th September. Run by St Margaret’s Centre with funding from Point North, the session runs from 9.30am to 11am. Contact St Margaret’s Centre for more info on 0191 384 8100 or just come along on Thursday morning.

Come along and join us for a morning of creativity and community. We'll be here every other Thursday with a different art or craft idea to boost your mental health and wellbeing. No experience needed - try something new or just join us for a chat. We'd love to see you.
