🚨 LAST WEEK! 🚨
Our Bring a Friend for FREE summer offer is coming to an end! 🙌
Training is always better with a bit of company — someone to motivate you, have a laugh with and share the hard work with. 💪😂
So if you’re a Peak member, you’ve got one final week to bring a friend, family member or workmate along to train with you completely FREE!
Get them booked in, show them what Peak is all about, and enjoy a session together. ❤️
You train. They train FREE. Simple as that. 👊
Everyone has a favourite gym move… and apparently they’re not always exercises 😂
We asked a few of our members for theirs 💪
Now it’s your turn — what’s your favourite gym move? 👇😂
Exercise doesn’t always have to mean pushing yourself to the limit. 🐕🚶♂️
Sometimes, one of the best things you can do for your health is simply get outside and walk.
Daily movement adds up. Combine it with a balanced diet, plenty of water, good sleep and a bit of consistency, and those simple habits can have a huge impact on your weight, fitness and overall wellbeing.
You don’t need to finish every workout lying in a heap on the floor. 😅
Find something you enjoy. Move your body regularly. Look after yourself.
Not just for you — but for the people who need you healthy and happy too. ❤️
☀️ ONLY 2 WEEKS LEFT! ☀️
Training’s always better with a mate 💪😂
Our Bring a Friend for FREE summer offer is nearly over — so if there’s someone you’ve been trying to get through the doors at Peak, now’s the time!
Train together. Have a laugh. And let them see what Peak is all about 🙌

“I’m too old to go to the gym…” 👀
Yeah… our members didn’t get that memo 😂
You’re never too old, and it’s never too late to start.
Nobody here is training for the Olympics. They’re training to feel stronger, move better, look after their health, clear their head and take a little bit of time out of a busy week for themselves.
And the best bit? They keep showing up, week after week, putting the work in and having a bit of craic along the way. 💪
Whatever your age, there’s always something you can do.
Big shoutout to this lot for proving it every week ❤️
🧘 HOW’S YOUR MOBILITY?
This is my go-to full-body mobility routine that I use before most training sessions. It’s quick, simple and a great way to get the body moving before you train:
▪️ Banded Pull-Aparts — 10 reps
▪️ Banded Pass-Throughs — 10 reps
▪️ Squat to Stand — 5–10 reps
▪️ T-Hip Openers — 10 each side
▪️ 90/90 with External Rotation — 10 each side
If I’m feeling good, I’ll usually do 1 round. If I’m particularly stiff or tight, I might go through it twice.
Remember, mobility isn’t about forcing yourself into positions. Work within your own comfortable range, move with control and never force a stretch that feels painful.
And if mobility is something you know you need to work on, Rehab Lab is back! 🙌
📅 Wednesdays | 7:30–8:30pm
🎟️ Available to members or as a drop-in
A full hour dedicated to mobility and flexibility, helping you move better, work on problem areas and support more comfortable, resilient training.
Not sure where to start? Get yourself booked in! 💪
