A harsh lesson dished out today. Stuck with the job for 20 minutes or so, and would say dictating
Play. Lost 2 goals in 2 minutes and the heads went down. Lochee went on to dominate the remainder of the half adding a further 3 for a HT score of 5-0.
We were well aware what this side can do and they didn’t need the help that we gave them!!!
A mixture of not tracking runners and giving them too much time on the ball within our box was met with clinical finishing. 2nd half we altered shape made a few changes and things got better with us finding our feet again but without carving out too many chances. On a breakaway big Lee Findlay fired over a cross with pace and was met with the head of a Lochee defender to direct it into his own net.
5 minutes later Abi Falola is wiped out in the box , penalty! He steps up himself and drills it hard and low, to see it cannon off the base of the post and cleared to safety. Fatigue and again poor tracking cost us another 2 goals late on.

A lesson on how to hurt teams was dealt out today even when you have the opposition on the back foot. Ruthless & clinical!!
