As the mornings are getting colder and darker, and the sunset getting a little earlier, it's the time of year where the mental battle becomes tougher to get up, out and at it.
Mental health can be affected by the darker mornings and being less active due to changes in the weather.....
If you are feeling low I urge you to reach out to someone. Make plans with friends, even if it is something simple like a wander round the park with a coffee... Set yourself challenges.... The more active your body is, the healthier your mind will be!

Never underestimate the power of consistency!
" Can I lose a stone in 6 weeks" probably. Will you keep that stone off? Unlikely!
" I don't want to get too bulky" I promise you. It's hard to get too bulky! Me 6 years ago....

3 steps for success this January...
1... Make a plan (the gym will be busy,.have alternatives at the ready)
2. Meal Prep, if the foods prepared and ready to go you'll be less likely to go off plan.
3. Write down your intentions, if you write it down it becomes harder to ignore!

If I could teach you one thing and 1 thing only.
It would be this.
Scale weight is irrelevant.
Two photos one from the start of the year 1 from today.
Nearly a year of difference.
Would you believe I am within 1kg of the same weight in both of these photos?
Biggest difference MUSCLE growth! More muscle leaner figure.
