⭐️Player of the Month⭐️

We are delighted to announce that Ruairi has received our Player of the Month award for August 💥

Wee Ru has literally epitomised everything we expect from the boys 🙌🏻 He shows up to every training session and games at the weekend raring to go and gives it 💯 effort every time! His positive attitude 👌🏻 & willingness to learn 🧠 is always on point.

Watching him working tirelessly 😮‍💨 on all aspects of his game at training then transition what he’s learned into matches, makes coaching him very rewarding ❗️

All this combined has seen Ruairi having a massive impact in matches with goals galore ⚽️⚽️⚽️, some absolute screamers 🔝🗑️’s & assists 🅰️🅰️ from all over the park. There is no doubt that Ruairi is the definition of a ‘flair player’ 🔥 however, what’s been particularly impressive is his determination and willingness to put a shift in defensively 💪🏻 getting stuck 👊🏻 & forcing turnovers which leads to quick counterattacks.

He has been a massive Team player for us & sometimes we forget that he is doing all of this playing up a year group 😲🤘🏻

Well done Ruairi, throughly deserved 👏🏻

Tough game for the boys today against a very good Clydebank side.

Despite settling into the match relatively well and the game very much in the balance, our decision making at times cost us, which at this level, will more often than not lead to us being punished & that’s exactly what happened.

We expect a positive reaction from the boys at training this week 🙌🏻 We will keep working hard, pushing ourselves/each other and look to improve both individually & more importantly collectively as a team 💪🏻

The Man of the Match award goes to Rhu. Despite facing some strong, fast & skilful opposition, Rhu stood up to the challenge, showing tenacious determination in the tackle, glimpses of composure under pressure and particularly excelled in 1v1 defending 👊🏻

We learn, adapt & go again next week!
