Movember burpee challenge DONE ✅
During November we did over 4,700 burpees split between us, concluding with a lovely 100 unbroken burpees on the 30th.
We did this to raise funds and awareness for many issues affecting men that often go overlooked…
Massive love to everyone who got involved and those who donated to the cause - we raised £470!

We have decided to go clean shaven and grow some gnarly moustaches for the month of November in support of the Movember movement.
If you don’t already know, Movember is an initiative to raise awareness and funds men’s physical and mental health issues that often go underlooked.
We are going to be splitting between the 3 of us 10 additional burpees every day for the month, starting with 3.333333333333 each, and ending with 100 each on the 30th of Nov.
Remember, a quick check up on your mate can go a long way 🫶🏽
