We love mat chats in Miss Ice's classes! 🎉

At MF Dance, we believe dance is about so much more than what happens in the studio. We want to help our students build skills that they can carry with them throughout life. 💛

That’s why our Life Skills Programme is such an important part of what we do.

A part of this programme is each month, our dancers are given a simple homework sheet based around a different life skill. These activities encourage children to practise positive habits at home and give parents an opportunity to support them along the way.

✨ This month’s theme is GOOD HABITS! ✨

From tidying their bedroom to making healthier choices, learning responsibility and creating positive routines, small habits can make a BIG difference as children grow.

Our homework sheets aren’t about getting everything perfect. They’re about helping our dancers understand that the little things they do every day can help them become more confident, responsible and independent.
Because we’re not just teaching dancers. We’re helping build life skills for life. 🧡

Something a little different at Thame!

For their stretch, the students formed a big circle and took turns choosing a different stretch move for everyone else to copy! 🙌

It was a great way to mix things up, get everyone involved, and have lots of fun together!

Then it was time for their grading… and WOW! 🤩 Our Thame students did absolutely amazing! 🏆👏

We’re so proud of the effort, focus and determination they all showed. Seeing their confidence and progress grow is fantastic!

Well done, Thame students — you smashed it! 👏🌟
