Summer’s still treating us well, and we’re enjoying every bright day Scotland gives us. But as we look ahead, autumn is the perfect time to invest in yourself, build confidence, and learn skills that genuinely make a difference.
From September onwards, What’ SUP Scotland is running a series of supportive, community‑focused first aid courses — all held at Balmalcolm Den, our welcoming outdoor space where learning feels relaxed, friendly, and grounded.
Autumn Training Programme:
• Emergency First Aid at Work
• Basic Life Support
• Outdoor First Aid
• First Aid for Mental Health (dates coming soon)
These sessions are practical, accessible, and designed for everyone — workplaces, volunteers, youth leaders, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone who simply wants to feel more capable and confident in real‑life situations. No experience needed. Just a willingness to learn and be part of a supportive group.
