Hi all, I am Nicola, a fully qualified and experienced psycho-therapeutic counsellor offering sessions both in Northgate and online with teens and adults age 13+

I work at the root causes rather than just with the symptoms to help create lasting change and work somatically with emotions in the body where appropriate
