🍫 JUST LOVELY FUDGE IS COMING TO HAYWARDS HEATH! 🍫

Come and see us at the haywardsheathcraftandgiftfair this Saturday! 🎁

We’ll have at least 10 delicious fudge flavours for you to choose from — and, of course, samples available so you can find your favourite! 😋

There’ll be lots of other lovely local makers and crafters to browse too, making it the perfect place to pick up some gorgeous gifts (or a little treat for yourself! 😉).

☕ And don’t forget the homemade cake, raising money in aid of Time 4 Children. ❤️

I am just before the Bay Tree Gazebo.

I’m busy in the kitchen getting everything ready and making & bagging lots of delicious Biscoff fudge for Town Day this Saturday, 12th September! 🎉

📍 You’ll find me at the Orchards Shopping Center from 9 till 4ish. 🛍️

I’ll have LOTS of flavours for you to choose from, whether you already know your favourite or you’re feeling adventurous and want to try something new! 😍 I also have an Apple Crumble flavour made with home dried apples fresh of my Jonagold Apple tree in the garden 🍎🌳

And the best bit… I’ll have LOTS of samples for you to try! 🤎😋

✨ Hello, it’s me… Catherine! ✨

It’s been a little while, so I thought it was about time I reintroduced myself — especially as fudge season is just beginning! 🍫

For those who are new here, I’m Catherine, the face behind Just Lovely Fudge.

I started JLF about 9 years ago, after making a few batches of fudge as Christmas gifts. They were very well received, and what started as homemade presents soon turned into my little fudge business. ❤️

Fast forward 9 years and I’ve created over 30 different flavours, from firm favourites like Biscoff & Caramel to seasonal goodies such as Apple Crumble, Christmas Pudding and even Watermelon! 🍎🎄🍉

Although fudge is the star of the show here, I’m a bit of a creative at heart and love making things in all sorts of ways. When I’m not in the kitchen, I might be crocheting, glass painting, having a go at decopatch… or organising our local craft & gift fair, where I get to support lots of other lovely small businesses and makers.

Away from JLF, I’m mum to three and wifey (to 1!🤣) and I also work part-time at the local college in the exams department.

And then there’s my garden! 🌱 Last year I got a greenhouse, and I’m now growing more and more of my own fruit, veg and flowers. There’s always something going on — although I’m not entirely sure I need quite as many things to keep me busy! 😂

So, if you’re new here — welcome! 👋
And if you’ve been following Just Lovely Fudge for years — thank you for sticking around! 🥰

I’m really looking forward to getting back into the swing of things, getting those fudge pans on, bringing back some old favourites, creating some seasonal treats and sharing lots more of Just Lovely Fudge with you.

September is shaping up to be a delicious month! 😋

I’m looking forward to getting back out and about with Just Lovely Fudge, with lots of your favourite flavours coming along for the ride.

Even better, the apples are grown right here in my own garden in Haywards Heath — so you really can’t get much more local than that! 🥰
